Comments: Hollywood based label started by the artist and his brother Bob, the producer of this 45. They grew up in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Smooth and relaxed mid-tempo funk with a suave sounding male lead supported by intricate horn charts and gospel flavored back-up singers. The B-side takes a faster pace and is by many considered the top track, Crossover in my book.
