'Crowded House'

Record sounds great but not excellent. Graded fairly conservatively. Some surface noise heard at the start of each side, then mainly between tracks and in quiet areas. A few pops and clicks here and there. A fair few surface marks visible under bright light but nothing terrible.
Sleeve looks excellent, some corner, edge and ring wear. Top edge has a small area starting to split but not actually split through. Front has some tiny white paint spots scattered about but not that noticeable.
Lyric inner in excellent shape, not far from near mint (VG+)

Will be well packaged in a record mailer, with record outside the original sleeve.
