Description

ROSALIA CHALIA twelve inch Victor of “Cavalleria” and a Gallega song.  One of the great rarities by the much loved Cuban soprano, acoustic Victor 68400, with “Voi lo Sapete” from Mascagni’s Cavalleria Rusticana (which opera she sang on the stage of the Metropolitan Opera House) and Gallega’s “Cantiga Uma Noite.”  In B plus condition, with no scratches or blasting, but some surface rubs.   (More of her recordings can be heard on a recently issued CD on the Marston label.)  I am an experienced collector who has been collecting 78s for forty years and I will pack the record sandwiched in between several layers of cardboard and shipping will be safe, but at the buyer's risk - insurance costs extra.  I will combine items to save postage. I will ship anywhere abroad for the actual cost of shipping.
