Description
Relisted because ebay did not like my paypal conditions. I edited the item's description and relisted the acetate...........................One of a kind item - original two-sided 7" metal lacquer (aka acetate) for the flexi disc release of LAMENT given away with the Flexipop magazine issue #22. The same track on both sides. This is the FLEXIPOP VERSION! The PRT Studios label is on one side only.
The label reads PRT STUDIOS, ACC HOUSE, 40 BRYANSTON STREET LONDON W1H 7AW and hand written THE CURE LAMENT 4.36 .
Got it from a Goldmine journalist in the late 80's It's not in bad shape, this is an acetate thus it's not intended to be intensely played like a regular pressed 7". Label looks quite dirty, vinyl does not have scratches, just some hairlines. I played it two times only, the second time today. There's some very moderate surface noises but listening is still OK. I would grade it VG+.
It includes the original Pyral sleeve. Pyral should be the manufacturer of the lacquer as the PYRAL logo is stamped on the disc itself. I attached detailed pictures. The only copy ever done or survived? DEFINITIVELY A MEGA RARITY.
