Tour/Mail-order only 12 inch release, Limited to only 250 copies (250 white/250 black sleeves). Screen-printed PVC sleeve. This sold out 12 inch features two 'Hallucinatory' re-mixes, and one alternate vocal track, from the "I Am The Last of All The Field That Fell" Album:
