LABEL DESCRIPTION: Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address, RVG stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, no "R" on the bottom and deep groove on both sides.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): VG++ A hole punch in the upper right corner, also a 2 inch split on the bottom, otherwise near mint in every way. Signed on the back in blue pen by Curtis Fuller.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M- Excellent, well maintained and mark free.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Includes original Blue Note ad inner sleeve. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker.
