A double 45 collection of "assembly-line" psych and folk demos cranked out through 1968, all written by Dan Green who worked as a studio musician at Mercury Records. His son Peter issue this never released recordings in 1997, what might be the kindest son-to-father gesture in the vinyl world. What a story for a final release!


I don’t doubt that all psych collectors would be climbing all over each other at a record fair for a “MacDougal Street Freak Out” 45 had it been quietly issued on an private label 40 years ago. This is an outstanding psych dancer and still unknown by most collectors. Listen yourself!
