The record looks and plays excellent. 
Upon first glance, you may overlook or entirely disregard this record. But for those who stick with it, the reward is pretty cool. The designated A-Side is I've Gotta Be Me, a cover of the pop song that is sung by Dan Karney with baritone plain ness and accompanied only by a piano. The flip has the same vocal style - but it is an incredibly cool and strange song that must be an original composition. It has lyrics in it that talk about soldiers getting shot, people jumping off roof tops to commit suicide, dangerous religions, and even the threat of someone pushing a button in a nuclear war. 
I have a sound clip of the second half of the song below. The first half of that song is equally as deep! 
This was pressed by RPC Custom recordings. Research shows the records that were released with an RPL white label and type written words on them were limited to under 25 copies. 
There are no web search results for this artist or song, and I even tried searching for the individual lyrics and could not find them.

VJ'S VINYL GRADING SYSTEM:

If graded Mint - never used, once a record is opened, the top you can get is mint minus.

If graded Mint Minus - A great record, one or two fine hairline scuffs, sounds flawless. A mint minus record can "play" mint. Covers are new looking, may have shrink wrap.

If graded Excellent - Can have faint hairline scuffs that do not affect play. Can have very minor infrequent crackling. Minor bumps in the cover.

If graded VG+ - Scuffs can be more prevalent, with a little more surface noise. If it visually has more scuffs but plays great, I will note that. Still, a very fine and playable copy. Covers have minor age and shelf wear. 

If graded VG - Can have lots of hairline scuffs, and maybe one or two scratches. Surface noise is more prevalent with some popping in spots. Covers have more extensive age and shelf wear. Minor splits.

If graded VG minus - More in the way of scratches and surface noise is NOT infrequent. Still, a viable copy. Covers may have splits. 

If graded G+ - only reserved for a very rare or popular record. Very noisy, maybe some skips, scratches are evident. Covers are trashed. 

If graded STILL SEALED - I will grade the vinyl as "still sealed." That means it's probably mint minus because I do not know if there were any factory defects. 

If reported to have Hairline scuffs -  light yet visible. Cannot be felt with the skin of your finger. 

If stated to have Scratches - Can be felt.

If reported, Age wear - on a cover is either fading or yellowing. 

If reported, Shelf wear - is ring wear, corner bumps, or fraying.

If I am on the fence between grades, I will go with the lower one. 

I will not use VG++ etc., but will say that a record is a "strong" VG+.

A sharp eBayer just emailed and pointed out that the song is an old Ed Ames song. I am not sure why the lyrics did not show up in my searches, but the song is NOT unknown.
