1984 Solo outing from future Soundtrack composer and legend Danny Elfman , Taking time out from his work with alternative rock band Oingo Boingo -Although members of the band do feature on this album.
First pressing of this rare MCA Album - Danny Elfman was yet to become a household name by virtue of his extensive soundtrack work with Tim Burton perhaps most noticeably , but also for The Simpson s and Desperate Housewives TV soundtracks amongst countless others .
This pressing contains the full length version of first track Gratitude (see Photo 5)
- later re-pressings omit the spoken word passage begining I used to eat people like you for breakfast ... and have a sorter running time . The lyric insert also Credits Michael Flea from THE Red Hot Chilli Peppers for his bass work , ( see photo 4)
which again possibly for contractural reasons are missing from later editions ...

Condition -
VERY GOOD SLEEVE which I hope you can see in the photos .SPINE and Corners have slight wear and there is a small Clip cut bottom front left which could be a import Cut / or possible deletion or even a promo- I bought this in the UK at this time so I am guessing its a Import Clip
original MCA Inner Sleeve EXCELLENT
Vinyl in really great shape for its 35 year plus vintage ! Visually a very Strong EXCELLENT to Near MINT
I have play tested on a Goldring Lenco Deck-Audibly Excellent to Near Mint - track side two otherwise-a barely played album since bought from new .
The labels are in great shape with no spindle wear -
So all in all I think a super copy and of course a little bit of Soundtrack History.
