A brilliant name for a band, a brilliant title for a song and luckily the track is also brilliant, the song ''The Madman Running Through The Fields'' is an amazing now legendary slice of UK psychadelia, this very rare UK 45 is certainly one of the very best from the late 60's psych era and it is definitely on a par with early Barrett/pink floyd and similar top quality UK psych bands of the time.
At the time of release this superb psych 45 sold very poorly indeed and original UK copies are very near impossible to find in such brilliant clean playing condition as this copy is on offer here. Both sides of the vinyl are in very clean and glossy excellent++ condition and both sides play and sound superb with crystal clear sound quality, there are no loud clicks or pops as this mega-rare UK 45 has been very well looked after indeed and has had very limited play over the past 40 years.
If you collect rare Mod, Psych, Freakbeat 45's and the stranger and more obscure releases from the mid to late 1960's then this mega rare 45 should definitely be in your collection.
