Description
DASHIELL HEDAYAT - "Obsolete" orig vinyl LP 1974 Pressing on Shandar! Original textured cover, black label, cat # SR83 512 Back of sleeve features this classic text: "Warning: This record must be played as loud as possible, must be heard as stoned as impossible and thank you everybody."
Vinyl is NEAR MINT, absolutely spotless / perfect / clean...! Sleeve is a strong VG+, looks clean, no corner wear, no ring wear, pebbled texture cover looks clean and bright... only issue is along the spine: near the middle of the spine is a one inch length of wear... not split open, but worn looking; not bad at all, but I keep the record outside of the sleeve to prevent further spine damage. Considering that this pressing features a sleeve made of very soft / thin / textured cardboard, it is amazing that it's in the condition it is!
...this record is beautiful experimental // psych // prog // Gong - related for fans of things like Faust, Slapp Happy, Gong etc!
