DECCA LABEL 1964 ORIGINAL FIRST UK MONO PRESSING WITH CLOUT & BAKER FRONT LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT NEAR MINT OR EXCELLENT BUT A VERY GOOD PLAYING MONO ORIGINAL NO STICKS OR SKIPS BUT HAS SOME LIGHT CRACKLE NOTICEABLE ON THE QUIET TRACKS

Released in 1964 this is an original first UK mono pressing of this classic debut album from DAVE BERRY which has future Led Zeppelin session guitarist Jimmy Page playing on it. The album features some great tracks including his hit single THE CRYING GAME, NOT FADE AWAY and CC RIDER to name but a few. The vinyl retains a lot of its original lustre but shows lots of light scratches which do cause some light crackle to be heard on the less rocky tracks. Still an enjoyable listen if you are not too fussy
The album comes complete with its original Clout & Baker front laminated single sleeve which is in very good condition with no splits or stickers etc but has a previous owners initials written on the back panel, and has some laminate lifting and some loss near the spine.
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and though it is not mint or excellent, but it is most certainly a very good example as I am pleased to say that it plays with absolutely no sticks or skips etc but there is some crackle to be heard on my system.
So overall if you are a fussy collector please look elsewhere as this very good original won't turn into anything other than the accurately described album that I have described.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows lots of light hairlines and light scuffs. Audibly this plays through very good with a rich vibrant sound and absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there is some light crackle to be heard.
The SLEEVE, The Clout & baker front laminated single sleeve is in very good condition. It is free from unwanted stickers or splits etc but is showing some laminate lifting and laminate loss around the spine and has penned initials on the back but overall is very respectable.
The LABELS, The Original unboxed Decca labels are clean, but are showing spindle traces, Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original first issue poly lined generic white inner is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
