On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Dave Kelly called 'Dave Kelly' and is an ORIGINAL 1971 UK 1st Pressing on the Mercury label!!!!  THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS DAVE KELLYS RAREST LP BY FAR AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS LP IS ALSO VERY SOUGHT AFTER FOR 2 OTHER REASONS!!!!  FIRSTLY THIS LP ALSO FEATURES JO ANN KELLY AND THE BRUNNING SUNFLOWER BAND BACKING DAVE KELLY.  SECONDLY THIS LP IS TECHNICALLY A 'LOST' VERTIGO LP AND WAS ALMOST PART OF THE VERTIGO 'SPIRAL' SERIES.  ALTHOUGH THIS LP WAS 1ST PRESSED ON MERCURY (AND NEVER RELEASED ON ANY OTHER LABEL), THIS LP WAS OBVIOUSLY ORIGINALLY PLANNED TO BE RELEASED ON THE VERTIGO LABEL - AND THERE IS A CROSSED OUT MATRIX NUMBER ON THE RUN OFF GROOVE '6360 044' (VERTIGO) AND REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT 6310 001 (MERCURY) MATRIX NUMBER.  WHY THIS LAST MINUTE LABEL CHANGE WAS MADE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY - BUT IT IS CERTAINLY VERY INTERESTING NONETHELESS.  THIS IS THE 1971 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS MERCURY LABEL, 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the original Mercury UK 1st pressing from 1971 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is 6310 001 on the 1st Press Mercury label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Dave Kelly at his best!!!! Any fan of Dave Kelly, Jo Ann Kelly, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a few hairlines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK!!!!  It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with only a VERY few clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only some VERY slight low level crackle on the run on grooves and occassional gap - barely ANY in the music!!!!  There is NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good (maybe+) (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press 'Textured' Cover is in GREAT condition!!!!  It has slight roughening/darkening to the edges (but NO splits, and NO nasty deep 'fluffy' wear), only slight roughening/darkening to the spine (some of the side words still visible, and NO splits, and NO nasty deep 'fluffy' wear), only a few light creases (cover is still flat looking), NO ringwear, NO rubbing, 1 MEGA faint TINY stain (virtually transparent) and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in GREAT condition with barely ANY grubbyness, NO writing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, NO writing and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - with only the slight roughening/darkening to the edges and spine stopping a higher grading!!!!  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE LP INDEED AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  WHILST THIS ONE ISNT MINT - IT IS A VERY PRESENTABLE 1ST PRESSING INDEED AND PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  IT ALSO HAS NO MAJOR FAULTS AT ALL (NO SPLITS, NO RIPS, NO TEARS, NO WRITING, ETC)!!!!  THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AND IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME INDEED BEFORE YOU GET THE CHANCE TO OWN ANOTHER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
