nice one here, the 1970 one of a kind sleeve is awesome we used to see a lot (comparably) of these in the 80s and 90s working at a large used record store and seldom were the sleeves in this kind of shape.
the tiny hole is 100% intact with no wear, this was never hung as a door poster as intended, so to speak the squared off sleeve is not perfect at seams but no edgewear anywhere on it on any side, not a hint of ringwear. i'll grade the sleeve at VG++ but i think this is really nearmint minus
