DAVE WELLS & THE FOUR WINDS "s/t" ORIG Paragon LP Canadian Psych Garage RARE

Auction is for a RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN-ONLY PRESSING of DAVE WELLS & THE FOUR WINDS' "SELF TITLED" LP from 1969 on Paragon Records. Another elusive Canadian psych rarity on the collectible Paragon label (Christmas, Reign Ghost, Frank Motley, etc.). For the most part a 60's exploito-style covers album but the musicianship and original takes on the material definitely set this one apart. The highlight here is the hard-drum driven cover of "Season of the Witch" featuring great slinky wahwah and wasted vocals... easily the best version of this song I've ever heard! Cover has slightest ring/shelf wear and 2 round stickers at top & bottom that wrap around to front & back and name sticker on front as well. Vinyl has a few very light scuffs/marks and is just shy of NM. Beautiful copy!

Condition of Cover/Vinyl is VG+ / VG++.

XpressPost within Canada can cost as little as a few dollars more while a package to the U.S. is approx. $20 more and for International destinations rates start at about $60 for 1 LP ($65+ for Japan, Australia, Asia, etc). Please note that ALL International packages over 2kg ship via XpressPost (as small packet air is only for parcels under 2kg) hence International postage rates almost doubling at 2-3kg's as listed above.
