Of all the countries around the world that they pressed

David Bowie LP's in, no pressings are harder to find than

those pressed in South Africa.  All the Bowie LP's pressed

in South Africa were pressed by the Teal record company.

Many of the sleeves and labels are totally different to the

rest of the world making them highly prized by the hardest

and most serious Bowie completest collectors.

To get your hands on an original South African pressing is

an extremely rare opportunity not to be missed.

So up for grabs is the beautiful Aladdin Sane 1973 LP from South Africa

with a Textured Gatefold Sleeve.  The sleeve is in NM condition

and has been well preserved for many years, with just hardly any wear as 

shown in the pictures.  A very nice copy!  There are no tears or writing,

so considering the rarity of this item, in Excellent condition!   One of the best

copies I have ever seen!  The inner Gatefold is of the flip-back variety common

of the South Africa pressings from the Artone Press, and still looks very nice with just

slight age wear.  This has the same textured sleeve as the original 1st U.K. Textured sleeve

pressing of The Man Who Sold The World.  Really nice craftsmen ship on these Textured

Sleeves from the 70's, that you no longer see anymore.

The original Artone printed Inner Sleeve has the song lyrics printed

on both sides, and is still in Excellent shape after all these years, with only a

minor seam split on one side, and that's it!  No writing or corner cuts, a nice find!

The record is in NM- condition with barely a sleeve mark or two on both sides

and plays all the way through on both sides without skipping, jumps, or sticking. 

Sounds really great!  The labels are clean and free from any unwanted handwriting,

and no spindle marks, indicating hardly any use!!  A very nice thick slab of vinyl from

South Africa!

This is one of the best kept, well preserved, complete original copies of Aladdin Sane from

South Africa with the TEXTURED Gatefold Sleeve and Inner Sleeve, all in Near Mint condition!

Original Bowie LP's from South Africa rarely come up for bid,

and this is one you really don't want to miss!  One of my favorites albums

by David Bowie, and from my personal collection!
