Description
You are bidding on an EXCELLENT original 1973 UK FIRST PRESS of the DAVID BOWIE LP Aladdin Sane. This is an original First press on RCA Victor Records. Catalogue No. RS 1001 (LSP 4852)
SLEEVE - the original Card GATEFOLD picture sleeve is in Excellent minus condition, there are no tears or seam splits and the spine is clean crisp and fully readable. There is occasional light wear to some corners/edges and light creasing to the top right corner (see photo). There is occasional discolouration, but the picture is intact and complete and the sleeve retains all its sheen. The record comes in the original Picture/Lyric Inner Sleeve which is Excellent plus, with no tears or seam splits and no significant wear. The record also comes with the ORIGINAL FAN CLUB Application Card which is Excellent minus with occasional discolouration. Overall a Super sleeve.
VINYL - the disc is in Excellent condition, it is pressed on thick black VINYL and retains all of its sheen, even under halogen lights there are only a small number of light hairline marks but no deep scratches visible. The labels are clean and crisp. Overall this is a Super example of an original FIRST PRESS of this 50+ year old LP.
