Description

This is an unplayed David Bowie single containing the song Underground, with an instrumental version on the B-side.  It was made in Italy in 1986. The picture cover has the words 'Campione Gratuito' stamped in tiny holes in the lower left corner. This means 'free sample' in Italian, which is how they denoted rare Promotional copies that were issued to radio station and print journalists for review purposes.
