Picture disc LP issued with double-sided insert with lyrics in both English and in Japanese with credits and OBI-strip. The jacket has a large round open center revealing the picture LP. It was a Limited-Edition Press of 30,000 copies, as stated on the obi-strip in Japanese as '３'.
