DAVID BOWIE The Man Who Sold The World LP
Like a lot of people I'm sure, I was listening through all my Bowie records this week, and realized I had doubles of some, so I'm offering them up to whoever wants them.
Original Mercury pressing, roughly VG+/VG+, cover has some slight wear including a small split on the top seam, vinyl has a few very light marks, superb condition for its age, plays very clean.
Shipping is $4 via media mail in the USA, estimated $15 to Canada, and $22 to the rest of the world.
SOME NOTES: I typically ship on Saturday mornings, if you pay immediately, or by Friday night US Eastern Standard Time then you are assured of your item being shipped quickly. Payments made later may wait until the next week to ship. I use standard Goldmine ratings most of the time, visually graded unless I think play-grading is necessary. I ship in standard LP mailers, with extra cardboard, and unless a record is sealed I remove the vinyl from the cover for shipping. I leave feedback about once a month: relax, I will get to it, but I typically wait for buyers to leave feedback first so I know they are happy with their purchase. YES, you can combine items for shipping, just ask when the auctions are done, I try not to overcharge for shipping but anything over 4 lbs (more than six LPs) will require priority mail international, which is expensive.
On Jan-18-16 at 20:59:19 PST, seller added the following information:I have added three more Bowie records from my collection to be auctioned (arguably three of his best, including an original Ziggy Stardust), they are three day auctions, so will end the same time-- check my other auctions. Winning bidders may combine shipping. Thanks.
On Jan-20-16 at 18:36:20 PST, seller added the following information:NOTE: I goofed, this is NOT an original, according to some buyers who alerted me to the matrix code in the dead wax (I never even thought to look, stupid me, just always thought I had an original). This is a later pressing, probably from the early/mid-70s from the cover stock, quality of the vinyl is pretty good too, probably not legit, but still a nice copy if you need one on wax. Anyone who wants to retract a bid should do so. Thanks, sorry for the error.
