Genuine UK Pressing! Not some shady Eastern European pressing, this is THE REAL DEAL. I purchased this in '91. I love music and love Bowie, but...this rare 90's vinyl edition needs to go to a true Bowie fanatic. It deserves a good home. I bought it, in part, because I wanted to have the uncensored cover. Here's the story: "For the American release of the album, the cover was airbrushed to remove the genitalia of the Kouroi statues. Bowie floated the idea of allowing American album-buyers to send away to the record company for the genitalia that were struck from their version of the cover, but the label balked. He said "then the fans could paste them back on. But the label freaked out at the idea. Sending genitals through the mail is a serious offense."" And then Spin Magazine gave the album its "Truth in Advertising" award, commenting: "Four dicks on the outside, four dicks on the inside". I think this album holds up very well among Bowie's 90's work. Reeves Gabrels continued to work with him, and their partnership was as fruitful as his work with guitarists Mick Ronson, Robert Fripp and Adrian Belew.
