Description
David Bowie The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars LP - 1972 RCA UK # SF 8287 (LSP 4702). This is one of the early pressings that does not mention Mainman on the cover or labels, and has the 1E/2E matrix numbers in the run-off groove.Includes an inner sleeve with the lyrics. The cover is in very good condition with no ring-wear and minimal scuffing - see photo. The vinyl is very good with one visible scratch on Starman. The inner sleeve is excellent.
A big Bowie fan in the 80s, this is from my personal collection and is one of a number of vinyl items I'll be selling in the coming weeks as I no longer have a turn-table.
The LP will be posted in thick cardboard to protect the item, which does unfortunately make it expensive to post. Tracking and/or insurance can also be organised at extra cost if required. The package will be under 500g so for Australian customers, the LP can be posted with tracking with Australia Post for $8.50. International postage is between $20 and $30 depending on your location - please contact me to check.
Please note Australia Post can be slow at times, especially during peak seasonal periods. Please allow a slightly longer time frame for delivery than eBay suggests. International customers please note that customs clearance times vary from country to country and this is not calculated in the time frame eBay suggests for delivery. Known issues exist with Canada (add 2-4 weeks), Israel (add 2-3 weeks), UK, France, Germany and Asia Pacific (add 1-2 weeks). Please only purchase if you agree to these time frames. We commit to shipping your purchase in a timely manner but circumstances outside our control may cause a short delay. Please choose your postage carefully as there may be more than one option. International buyers please note only Registered Post will provide tracking. International signature on delivery is available on request. You will need to select Registered Post and it will cost an additional $5AUD. Please contact me to request and to organise payment.
