This item is a 12” 33rpm vinyl LP of “Rompin’ Stompin’ Ragtime” by David Jasen, released in 1974 on Blue Goose Records, catalogue number BG 3002.

NB: a note on provenance. This record is my cousin’s – it’s one of a number of early jazz records that were bequeathed to her by Josie Miller, who died in 2010 aged 94. Josie was a well-known personality in the London jazz scene in the 1950’s and 1960’s – her obituary can be read at www.guardian.co.uk/music/2010/apr/29/josie-miller-obituary . There’s another David Jasen LP in the collection plus lots of Peggy Lee, &c, that I’ll be listing at some stage in the future. This record is being listed basically to show my cousin that eBay works!
