Welcome to my sale of some extraordinarily rare 7" singles that I will be listing this weekend. Next up is David John and the Mood - To Catch That Man b/w Pretty Thing. Rare 1st single from this short lived band from Preston. Incorrectly listed as Pretty Thing being the lead track but Cat no shows it to be the other way around and To Catch That Man has the lower number.. Released in 1964 on Vocalion Pop records cat no. V.9220.. Matrix stamps XDRF 33288 - T1- 1C / XDRF 33289 - T1 - 1C Vinyl has a few light marks easily a VG+,  labels clean and centre is intact. The Company sleeve does have staining, some pen and a rip from the centre, please refer to the photos. I am conservatively under grading these listings, but all have been play tested using Sennheiser dynamic head phones and all items listed play through with no skips or jumps and minimal background noise, that does not interfere with the music at normal volumes. Any exceptions to this will be noted, the pictures were taken on a high definition camera that form part of the description so please check and ask if not sure. Please ask me about any individual item before making a purchase. Prices are based on sales achieved within the last year on various platforms (if any have sold) and reflect the rarity and in some cases uniqueness of these lots.
