Bert De coninck was a Folk singer annex rocker from the 70s which had in Belgium a modest  "cult"- status because of his  mix of poetry, lifestyle and image. Coming from Bruges, Bert de Coninck started to play in  many pop-rock bands "in imitation of The Pebbles". In 75 convinced he could succeed singing in dutch, he recorded a first album "Enfant Terrible". The song "Evelyne" became even in the Netherlands briefly a small hit, a great achievement for a Belgian product. This almost whispered song is not just a love song, by the way, because it is about hard adultery. "Het is me allemaal te veel" with his suicide text si another very good song on this highly underrated album.



I will put in the coming weeks and months my entire record collection (+/- 2000 albums) on E-bay (+/- 20 records every week).
