Alternative Tentacles Records "Virus 27", with 26 page black and white supplement.  Original shrink-wrap has kept this entire album and supplement in excellent to near mint condition.  It has been in storage since 1994 in a dry, smoke-free environment and has not been played for many years before that time. 
It is from our family estate and sold "as is".  All of our music on auction has been highly rated by our bidders/buyers and would expect the same of this.
