Death From Above 1979's Debut EP Heads Up On Vinyl! Extremely Hard to find, especially after their recent reunion. Back when they were still called "Death From Above". James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem and DFA Records sued for the rights to DFA and "Death From Above" causing them to add the 1979. This was released in late 2002 before the lawsuit on Ache Records. The sleeve is in great condition with very very minimal edge wear and the insert is near perfect. The record itself is nearly scratch-less, with only 1 very small scratch thats about 3 cm long. Doesn't affect play at all and you cant see it unless you're looking for it.
