Sleeve / Libretto: EX +
Complete with original blue plastic wallet and Libretto. Both clean with no rips, no tears, no splits or creases. Extremely well kept sleeve; better than normal wear and tear.
Inner Sleeve: EX
I have stored the records in new poly-lined sleeves and card replacement sleeves as can be seen in the photograph. The original DECCA full frequency inner paper/poly-lined sleeve are included and in good condition.
Label: EX -
Clean labels, no stickers, damage or significant spindle marks, does have signs of play.
All the records I sell have been played thoroughly, hence why there is both a visual and audio grading to enable you to get the best possible impression of the record you are bidding on.
Vinyl Visually:
Disc 1
Side 1 VG - / Side 2 EX +
Side 1: The record has an obviously scratch 3 – 4 mm early on Side 1 that unfortunately has affected the audio (see below). Other than this the record has a full glossy sheen with minor superficial scuffs and light scratches.
Side 2: The record has a full original glossy sheen but does show some signs of having been played, with the occasional scuff or light scratch visible when tilted at various angles or under strong light.
Disc 2

Side 1: The record has a full original glossy sheen but does show some signs of having been played, with the occasional scuff or light scratch visible when tilted at various angles or under strong light.

Vinyl Audio:
Disk 1: VG -
Side 1: Act I (Part 1) VG - : The audio on this side has been affected by the scratch and therefore between 2:45 – 3:45 mins there are 35 – 40 light ticks. The record is still playable as there is almost no other surface noise throughout the remainder of the record. In fact the quality of the remaining 20 minutes is excellent. A shame but if you are looking for perfection do not bid.
Side 2: Bands 1 – 6 EX +: The sound quality is excellent, displays no loud crackles, no loud clicks and no jumps. There is some minimal low level background surface noise (occasional static / clicks) in some places; however this is occasional and only appears infrequently and is not consistent throughout the playing of the album. May be removed by professional cleaning.
Disk 2: EX +
Side 3 Act I (Concl) EX +: The sound quality is excellent, displays no loud crackles, no loud clicks and no jumps. There is some minimal low level background surface noise (occasional static / clicks) in some places; however this is occasional and only appears infrequently and is not consistent throughout the playing of the album. May be removed by professional cleaning.
Side 4 Act II EX +: As per Side 3.
Overall: The total recording is well over an hour, hence 4 Sides. Although there is damage to Side 1 this is during the introduction and last approximately 1 minute. The remaining hour is excellent sound quality hence why this has been part of my collection. There is no reserve on this recording so grab yourself a bargain..
