DECCA SXL 2204 1959 WIDE BAND DEEP GROOVE STEREOPHONIC FIRST PRESS (ED1) VINYL LP BACH MUSICAL OFFERING MUNCHINGER STUTTGART CHAMBER
Bidders may notice that the following grading description is very similar to many other similar 1950’s classical LPs I currently have listed or am going to be listing over the next few weeks. This is due to the almost identical, practically ‘archive’ condition of the entire collection. Do check out my other listings if these are of interest. I am adding records every day.
Sleeve Condition: MINT: clean, flat, uncreased and with glossy, undamaged laminate. Rear is clean, free from stickers, marking, defect or damage. An astonishingly well preserved sleeve in almost flawless condition.
Inner Sleeve Condition: NEAR MINT-: a bit rumpled with light creasing, otherwise clean, white and unblemished.
Record Condition: MINT: Looks unplayed. Flawless visually and plays perfectly. A stunner. Impossible to better.

This is only one of many similar LPs I have currently listed or will shortly be listing. They are all from a small collection of early classical Decca SXL and EMI ASD Stereo and some Mono LXT and CSD LPs. All are in the most extraordinary, Near Mint condition. It would not be an exaggeration to describe the entire collection as in, ‘archive’ condition. In 25 years of record dealing and over 40 years of collecting myself, I have never come across records so perfectly cared for in almost perfectly preserved inner and outer sleeves.
