Description

Rimsky-Korsakov: The Tale of Tsar Saltan-Suite Op.57, May Night-Overture and Russian Easter Festival (Overture on Liturgical themes Op.36). Ernest Ansermet conducting the L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande. This is one of the hardest to find SXL within the 2000 series. Beautiful dynamics, stunning sound! 

Decca UK WB GR label with "ORIGINAL RCORDING" at 10 o'clock. Cat. SXL 2221 (zal 3429/30- 1E/1E). Cover NM- (a couple of light brownish spots on the back-side in the top left hand corner. Otherwise NM) . Record a strong NM.
