Description
Decca SXL 2260 and 2059 ED1 WBG ‘Original Recording By’ at 10pm labels: Falla’s Love the Magician and Master Peter’s Puppet Show performed by vocal soloists with the OSR conducted by Ernest Ansermet and the National Orchestra of Spain conducted by Ataulfo Argenta plus Brahms Symphony number 2 performed by the Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Rafael Kubelik. Stampers are ZAL 2952 and ESS 201 for the SXL 2260 and ZAL 3547 and 48 for the SXL 2059.
CONDITION: Jackets are fair - they have general wear including thumb creases, corner wear and edge creases to the front plus the rear of 2260 has foxing and a little writing which includes a signature – see photos) and LPs have clean labels but have obvious marks that affect play and have dulled with use. The 2059 jacket has a blue back border.
I have played the LPs and, on my system, SXL 2260 has regular ticks and crackle on side 1 plus side 2 has a few scattered ticks. SXL 2059 has occasional tick/s. These are excellent performances that are well worth listening to but the LPs are not perfect and may best be considered as ‘fillers’.

For box sets the total will be based on number of records plus add one more for the box.
IMPORTANT POSTAGE NOTE: I strongly recommend that packages/items worth £30 or over are sent by ‘Royal Mail Signed For‘ or ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed’ (depending on compensation required) to UK addresses.
*All packages worth £30 or over to Europe and ROW addresses will only be sent by Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ (which provides compensation upto £250 or £500 depending on destination). This will cost an additional £7 on top of rates shown above.
Packages over 2kg sent via Royal Mail will need to be split. I will obtain a proof of posting certificate for all packages. Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes and surcharges that their country may levy.

PACKAGING: I will use LP mailer boxes with all LPs protected by bubble wrap and packed outside of their jackets.
PAYMENT: I can accept PayPal or cheques made out in UK£'s and drawn on a UK bank. Due to previous non-payment I must request that payment is made within 7 days of auction close. I will send a reminder after 7 days and if I do not receive payment after 10 days will offer to next highest bidder.
RETURNS/GUARANTEE: If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with an item, please return it and, if it is as supplied, I will gladly refund the original postage and item cost. Please contact me before returning an item.
