Description
An early wideband pancake pressing with Made in England on the labels of Britten Conducts English Music for Strings. The English Chamber Orchestra performs Purcell's Chacony in G minor for Strings, Elgar's Introduction and Allegro for Strings, Britten's Simple Symphony for String Orchestra, Delius' Two Aquarelles and Bridge's Sir Roger De Coverley for String Orchestra. Decca SXL 6405. Stampers are 1W/1W.
The jacket shows some minor ringwear on the rear. Otherwise both the jacket and record are in NM- condition.
I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded.
Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. Quoted international shipping is by USPS first class international mail. Heavier packages must be shipped by USPS International Priority mail. I prefer to combine shipping to save costs. All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.
If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).
