ORIGINAL UK EMI/PURPLE RECORDS (TPSA 7515) FIRST PRESSING (October 1975) OF DEEP PURPLE'S "Come Taste The Band" LP - IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION (POSSIBLY NEVER BEEN PLAYED) AND DELIVERING SENSATIONAL AUDIO THROUGHOUT WITH NOTHING TO FAULT THE CRYSTAL CLEAR, STRONG AND POWERFUL SOUND - GREAT COPY
PRESSED WITH THE FIRST ISSUE EMI/PURPLE LABELS
MATRIX: TPSA 7515 A-1U (stamped "KENDUN") / TPSA 7515 B-1U (stamped "KENDUN")
MOTHERS/STAMPERS: 1/AML and 1/PR
THE RECORD IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL DEEPLY GLOSSY FULLY LAMINATED GATEFOLD SLEEVE "Made and printed in Great Britain" - WITH THE (first issue) FACTORY SEALED AND FOLDED-UNDER LEFT SIDE EDGE
AND COMES COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL LYRIC INNER SLEEVE (printed on textured paper with the characteristic first issue square cut corner)

LABELS: The labels are clean, bright and unmarked with no spindle traces or signs of use - this copy has possibly never been played - MINT
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces still retain their original deep, like new glossy sheen and are practically unmarked - MINT(-)
VINYL Audio: Sensational audio on this first pressing - beautifully recorded and engineered with an incredibly strong, rich, warm and vibrant sound and on playback at a loud volume (which is how I always listen to my LPs prior to listing and how this LP really needs to be heard) there are no scratches, no sticks/jumps, no loud clicks/pops and no surface noise - this is an exceptionally clean pressing - about as good as it gets. Critically graded MINT(-) for audio - a superb copy
SLEEVE: The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is also in great condition - clean, unmarked and very fresh. The surfaces (both outside and inside) have a beautiful deep glass-like glossy sheen with no rubbing, the edges are crisp and sharp with no wear and the spine is straight and true with all text clear and bold - NEAR MINT
LYRIC INNER: The lyric inner sleeve is clean, bright and unmarked with just a central split to the bottom edge (7 cms). These inners are virtually impossible to find without some degree of splitting (which commonly occurs in transit from the factory to the shop) - VERY GOOD++ (The LP is now housed - and will be posted in a new inner (with anti-static liner) to prevent anymore 'knifing' damage to the original during transit)
