This record is in good condition. It has spindle marks visible on the labels but no pen marks, scuffs or severe fading anywhere. The centres are not loose or overly worn and overall the labels are in good shape with just mild grubbiness and the spindle marks to report. The labels have the Gramophone rim text and no EMI logo.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides do have loads of light surface lines visible and also some other scratches, scuffs and marks showing. It does not look the prettiest and when viewed under bright light to be honest looks brutal! There is nevertheless nothing really nasty or majorly sinister, just loads of light lines and marks. There is one mark on side 2 that can be felt with your finger but this is luckily not deep and actually caused no audible issues. It has no blemishes and despite its appearance and clear signs of use still actually has quite a nice shine to it.  Overall a clearly used and possibly mistreated/mishandled classic UK 1st press which is as far from perfect but is luckily free of anything really nasty.

I play tested the record and it plays surprisingly well. It lays flat on the deck but upon playing there is a fairly minor amount of upward movement noticeable and so it must have a fractional warp to it. This is minor however and of course causes no issues to the audio produced.

As you can imagine from the number of light surface lines on the vinyl and the other clear signs of use the audio is not perfect. There is a faint crackle audible more or less throughout but this can only be heard clearly in the run in, between tracks and in any parts that are mellow or quiet. This is not hugely disruptive however but can be heard and is most certainly there. Any audio with any volume masks this interference well however and on the whole it is very enjoyable with no distortion and no major issues. So there are no skips, sticks or disruptive clicks anywhere on the album and overall it was a surprisingly good listen. It is not perfect of course, with the crackling/surface noise audible in parts, but if you dont mind this and the visual appearance and want a UK 1st press which is playable but not perfect then this could be the copy for you.

The laminated gatefold sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has some wear to the edges and corners(pics), but nothing drastic and the writing along the spine is all still legible. It is clean, bright, has a strong spine and there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere. There is however faint ring marks and some creasing on both sides but these are not major or at a drastic level. There is also a touch of age related grubbiness inside the gatefold but again nothing major. Overall it is in good shape all round and is free of any major problems. I have tried to describe the sleeves condition as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.

It contains a clean plain white replacement inner as the original was missing. 

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
