For Sale
Original 1972 UK stereo 1st Pressing on the EMI purple label. THE GRAMAPHONE COMPANY LTD. printed on label perimeter. Catalogue number TPSA 7504. Earliest possible first press matrix numbers A-1U & B-1U. Laminated gatefold sleeve a wide spine printed by Garrod & Lofthouse with 7204 date stamp (April 1972). Complete with limited edition lyric sheet. Original inner sleeve.

Record labels
The record labels are in superb condition and demonstrate that this record could only have been played a handful of times-there are only a few light spindle marks marks and the label and label text are clear and vibrant in colour.
Visual
The vinyl is in near mint condition. It retains it’s deep first press sheen and lustre. There are some sleeve scuffs only, visible under strong light. This is a seldom played record and it shines!
Sleeve
The sleeve is in excellent condition. There is shelf wear to the corners of the sleeve and to the edge but it is minor in nature. There is very little laminate lift. The text to the spine is intact and bright and clearly visible. The inner gatefold surfaces are nice and clean and clear. There is some laminate lift though minor in nature. The original inner poly lined sleeve has discoloration but is still quite nice. The limited edition fold out lyric sheet is in excellent condition.
In sum, an extremely rare record in this condition. Don’t miss this opportunity...
