DEEP PURPLE WHO DO WE THINK WE ARE
Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : PURPLE Catalogue No : TPSA 7508
Matrix : TPSA 7508 A-1U PORKY / B-1U PECKO
This UK 1st press is on the original Purple label. It is complete with the very earliest TPSA 7508 A-1U PORKY / B-1U PECKO matrix and the lyric insert. It has the earliest laminated Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition. It has a sensational bright mirrored gloss, there are no signs of heavy play at all. There are just a few wispy light marks on both sides. As such as the sound quality is very good, most of the marks cannot be heard, there is just a little light background noise. The sound is rich, vibrant and clear throughout. The original Purple label is bright and completely clean. The colour is solid and unworn, the text is exceptionally sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear.
The lyric insert is in Excellent condition. It has the slightest ring wear but is still extremely clean and bright.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The laminate has the most sensational mirror like shine. The green is solid, the colours are bright and the picture is unworn. There is just a little opening edge and corner wear. The inside has a little discolouration but is still very clean and bright. The sleeve is solid and the spine is very firm with clear text.
