Description

The Del Satins "Ballad of a Dee-Jay" b/w "Does My Love Stand a Chance" promo 45 rpm record (Laurie 3149). This 1962 group harmony record, which did not make the Billboard Top 100 pop charts, is an original promo pressing that plays in VG++ to Mint- condition. Members of this group later joined Johnny Maestro (of the Crests) to form the Brooklyn Bridge. This is a white group, but ebay does not have a doo wop sub-category under rock so the only place to list it was the doo wop sub-category under R&B. The red, white and black labels, which have "advance release" printed on both sides, are clean, with no writing, stickers or tears. Winner pays $3 for 1st Class or $6 for Priority postage in the U.S. Postage is $4 to Canada or $7 to any other location. Multiple purchases shipped simultaneously result in big postage savings.
