TITLE/ARTIST: This LP is perhaps the rarest R'n'R/Doowop record of all time, by The Del Vikings, and is on the original, Mercury Label and is entitled "They Sing They Swing" from 1957---their very 1st LP release ever. The LP features 12 great songs from that time. The album is just one of many LPs I intend to list in the coming weeks and months ahead -- all of which are from my personal collection and in very nice condition. The condition of this jacket and record are both extremely nice and just about perfect, but please view the pics below, read about the LP's condition, and judge everything for yourself. LABEL INFO: As mentioned above it is on the original, black with silver print, Mercury Label, 20314, and is in absolutely beautiful condition!! VINYL INFO: It is just about perfect with no serious flaws---just a couple light surface/paper marks in a couple of places. JACKET INFO: Like all the rest of this package, the jacket is also nearly perfect, espiecally for it's age. There might be some very early and light signs of "aging", but trust me, it's nothing too serious. INTERESTING FACTS: You really don't see these '50's LPs out there so much anymore, and espiecally not in this kind of great condition, so please have at it--as well as others I have posted this week -- or will be soon posting. I will continue to list many other LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists, even some rare C&W as I am slowly selling off my personal collection, and there are many more records of all varieties to get to yet. Many of these still to be listed records are quite rare and hard to find, and just about all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
