The Record Is In VG++ Condition.  Plays With Some Very Light Crackle In Quiet Bits.

The Picture Sleeve Is In VG Condition.  The Sleeve Has Some Obvious Signs Of Ware As Seen In pictures And A sellotape Repair Along The Bottom. (See Pics)
