Seen as one of the most influential albums of the 1980s, Black Celebration was instrumental to the solidification of the synthpop sound, and in 1985, it must have sounded like nothing else at the time - even now, its luscious synths and sunken vocals just sound miles ahead. While many people have tried and ultimately failed to emulate this sound, Black Celebration will remain a gem until the end of time. Another stunning Music On Vinyl unearthing.
