The record looks barely played and grades NM. 

The inner lyric sleeve has some light creasing. Sone light fading around the edges. There is also a 2 inch split in the middle of the right edge and and it grades VG+.

The sleeve has some very light edge wear. Some light corner wear with more on the bottom right corner. Some light creasing with a larger crease on the back across the top left corner. Some very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX.
