In a way, the absence of Duane Allman from this set is a blessing.
Instead of striving fruitlessly to match the high-tension interweave of the studio versions, D&D function as the Eric Clapton Band, rolling easy the way they learned to with Delaney & Bonnie.
Clapton's vocals are rough and winning, and he gets to deliver his warm, clear, rapid runs of notes and slurs, well, how to say it - in concert rather than in competition (with Duane, with Jack and Ginger, with himself).
Even "Bottle of Red Wine" and "Blues Power" make sense on-stage and never sounded better

SIDE 1:
Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad (9:40)
Got To Get Better In A Little While (14:40)
SIDE 2:
Let It Rain (17:14)
Presence Of The Lord (6:33)
SIDE 3:
Tell The Truth (11:10)

Blues Power - Have You Ever Loved A Woman (17:30)

LABELS: NEAR MINT
Clean, unmarked labels with less than a handful of light spindle traces per side
VINYLS Visual: NEAR MINT
All four surfaces shine like new and even under bright light there is barely a wispy hairline to be seed
VINYLS Audio: EXCELLENT+/NEAR MINT
The whole set plays beautifully throughout with little to fault.
A couple of non-continuous ticks noted on Record One but nothing major or intrusive - sounds great
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT+
Unusually housed in the original outer laminated German printed gatefold which arpet from some light corner bumping is clean, sharp and fresh
