The 2nd studio album by the Koblenz Black/Thrash Metal Institution DESASTER was out in orginally 1998. Old school through and through, Black/Thrash Metal pure and influences from VENOM to KREATOR over SLAYER to KING DIAMOND, everything is in it at ''Hellfire´s Dominion''. 11 tracks, included SODOM cover as bonustrack, with a total length of 46:27 minutes come with garish, low-bass Black Metal sound and the vocals of the old singer Okkulto, which strongly reminds on Cronos by VENOM. Although the album was released in 1998, you feel transported to the glory days of the early 80s, where the metal flag is still held high. Old school black metal, paired with thrash, speed and some death metal maybe tempt you the volume control of the amplifier to turn towards the end stop. All in all, many cultish riffs to be heard here & a must have for anyone who likes the fast thrash of the 80s with a dash of black metal. Limited 2018s re-isue of 500 copies are pressed on black double vinyl. Comes in a gatefold jacket, includes foldout LP size innersleeve with pics, reviews etc., add includes rehearsal tracks from 1998.
