This lp is in shrink wrap.  It is torn at the bottom.  There is some wear at the corners. I   also see ring wear at the bottom section on the cover.  The only other thing I noticed was what appears to be a pinch mark at the top right corner and top left on the backside.

From what I could find out this is a band out of Ohio.
