DESTROYER "Thief" LP on Cave Canem/Triple Crown Audio/Catsup Plate Records, 2001? This is a hard-to-come by OOP vinyl copy of Destroyer's third full-length release, Thief. Utilizing the same basic band that recorded 1998's City of Daughters, this album was initially released in 2000, with the vinyl following the next year. A 3-way label split in an edition of 500 copies, this wasn't around for long and has never been re-pressed to my knowledge. One of my personal favorites in the Destroyer catalog, Thief further refines the indie-glam-slop moves first explored on City of Daughters. Includes signature cuts like "City Of Daughters", "Mercy (We Had The Right)", and "Death On The Festival Circuit". Jacket is hand-screened and handsome, in very good shape overall. Some very slight surface creasing in the paper on one side, but no tears. Vinyl is in great condition, with no discernible flaws.
