Optical between MINT and NM

The record SKL 911 is optical between NM and NM-
On side A in the first band there is a surface wipe trace of 5 mm which causes some quiet tics.
 The record SKL 911 shows a few superficial surface wipe traces which are only visible under strong light.

The back of the box shows two small surface paper harms.
