The complete 1970 DGG Beethoven Anniversary edition

Included in this offer are all 12 originally issued volumes, with all together 76 LPs.

All have the earliest small tulip "Urheber"- label, all innersleeve have dates from 1969 imprinted, which means these are all first pressings of this complete edition.

The pre-owner has placed award stickers, which he must have peeled from the cellophane, to four volumes, but that just

means that the recordings have won the awards when they were first issued and didn't receive them as part of the complete edition from 1970.

The original outer paper envelopes are all missing!

This is Beethoven's complete oeuvre, interpreted by some of the most renowned artists of the 20th century.

List of artists includes Herbert von Karajan, Karl Böhm, Pierre Fournier, Henryk Szeryng, Christian Ferras,

Wilhelm Kempff, The Amadeus Quartet, Yehudi Menuhin and many more.

Please note: I also have the big, broadly illustrated accompanying book, but I didn’t add this to this listing since

the the lot would exceed the weight to more than 20Kg which would make international shipping even more expensive.

           The massive red linen boxes are all in excellent condition with only minor discoloration. Booklets are all in beautiful minty condition.

• Condition Vinyl: NM. Could be that here and there a disc was picked out and played,
  

           but the by far biggest part is most certainly unplayed. the whole set could easily be graded mint.

- I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases and I'll always send an invoice with correct rates shortly after auction-end.

- Unless you notify me in time, payment is expected within 5 days after receiving of invoice. If I don't at least hear from you in between, I'll send a non-payment notification through Ebay  
   afterwards.

- I use sturdy cardboard-boxes and cardboard-dividers, both specifically designed for the safe shipping of vinyl records.

- Most LPs receive new antistatic innersleeves (in addition to the original ones, which of course are also provided). I, however, don't add new sleeves, if the original ones seem fitting.

A note about my record-grading:

I usually only visually grade the LPs under strong light and I only playgrade them ( i.e. the portions that seem to have signs of usage), if I can't be sure of their actual condition.
If records show stronger signs of soiling I'll professionally clean them (Okki Nokki RCM), but I'm not doing this if it's obviously only dust, as I know that collectors usually prefer their
very own way of record-cleaning.

My goal is to always decribe the records appropriately and I will name every visible and/or audible defect in my detailed description. If regardless of my precautions
you should ever be dissatisfied with the condition of a record, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback to give me the chance to resolve your query.
I'm confident, however, that this will hardly ever be the case. I've been selling records for many years now and so far complaints fortunately have been the utter exception!
