German Contemporary Music - Deutsche Musik der Gegenwart, Serie 1.

Privatly published in 1970 by the VDMK, the German association of musical educators and concerting artists with assistance of the Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft (DGG).

The box contains a huge variety of modern German music from the period (e.g. contemporary chamber music, solo compositions for piano or drums, electronic experiments, sample art etc.pp.) by the following composers: Boris Blacher, Siegfried Borris, Heinz Friedich Hartig, Gunther Bialas, Wilhelm Killmayer, Fritz Büchtger, Friedrich Voss, Wolfgang Steffen, Josef Anton Riedl, Jürg Baur and several more.

Performed by: Drolc Quartet, Assmann Quartet, Sebon Quintet, Prelle Quartet, Klaus Storck, Rainer Zepperitz, Ferdinand Mezger, Charles Tinsley and many many more.

An obscure publication and presumably one of the rarest in the whole DGG-catalogue!

Private DGG-stereo-pressing from 1970. 6-LP-Box, every of the six included LPs has its own separate sleeve.

• Condition Boxes & Sleeves: EX to NM. Almost perfect.
  

• Condition Vinyls: NM. Stunningly well-preserved, majority is definitely unplayed!
