radio was all over it, every track - it was a real event !!!

Buyer is responsible for requesting additional item information BEFORE BIDDING.

You will be held accountable for honoring all bids, either as the winner or runner-up(s) via any 2nd chance offer(s).

Winning bidders are invoiced within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of auction’s end. Since all transactions are completed via credit card, payment is now due within FIVE days after invoice date unless other arrangements have been made with me before auction’s end. Bidder will forfeit any funds that exceed the invoice fees. 

Due to non-paying “buyers” and scam artists, I will no longer allow bidders from certain countries to participate in my auctions. I may make exceptions for previous customers in good standing and select approved newcomers.

RETURNS POLICY

My pre-authorization e-mail is required upfront or returned items will be refused. Shipping may be refunded at my discretion. NO SHIPPING REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED for items returned by the destination postal system as undeliverable due to incorrect address (as provided by EBAY or PAYPAL) or buyer's failure to pick up item locally after a delivery attempt was made.

Item AND packaging/accessories must be in the original condition as shipped. My inspection determines whether a refund is warranted. Buyer will forfeit an item if return shipping fees are not provided in no-refund determinations. Opened items sold as sealed are ineligible for any return. Not responsible for USPS shipping loss or damage. You are responsible for promptly reporting claims of loss and/or damage to USPS or destination postal service (outside the U.S.).
