Side one deadwax matrix info (hand etched) 45-U-308  Side two deadwax matrix info (hand etched) 45-U-309  wirh name "James Hembree" written in cursive (?) original owner etched their name in deadwax (?)

Vinyl in strong VG condition, has maintained a nice luster shine. Some visible light hairline/surface scuff, some tiny light scratches Dynamic vinyl sound buries tiny light scratches.
